Spinach & blueberry smoothieA tasty combination of vitamin-rich greens, anti-inflammatory berries and protein-rich flax seeds.
Prep time:5 minutes
Wash the fruit and spinach.
Place all the ingredients in a blender and whizz to a smooth consistency.
Serve immediately for the highest nutritional content.
100g frozen or fresh blueberries
4 large strawberries, hulled
A handful of spinach leaves
1 tbsp flax seeds
200ml almond or your favourite non-dairy milk
