Shipping & Returns
Thanks for shopping with Nourish by Jane Clarke.
For UK orders of one pack only, you can choose between Royal Mail second class shipping, which is £3.00 (2-3 working days however due to current unprecedented climate can take up to 5 working days), and next working day* (Monday to Friday) DPD delivery, which is £7.00.
Shipping cost is displayed separately to product cost.
For UK orders of more than one pack, including the addition of a book to a one pack order, only the next working day* (Monday to Friday) DPD delivery (£7.00) is available.
Shipping for wholesale will be stipulated at time of enquiry and may vary depending on quantity and destination and is subject to tax, duties or custom charges.
When purchasing one pack of Nourish drinks there will be a Royal Mail and a DPD next working day* (Monday to Friday) shipping option.
When purchasing two packs of Nourish drinks, there will be no Royal Mail shipping option, but DPD cost will be reduced from £7 to £5.
When purchasing three or more packs of Nourish drinks you will qualify for free DPD next working day* (Monday to Friday) delivery.
* depending on location, it may be 2 days or more.
The following locations are 2 day delivery:
- Northern Island - BT
- Isle of Man - IM
- Channel Islands - JE + GY
- Scilly Islands - TR21
- Scottish Highlands & Islands
The following locations are 2-4 day delivery:
- Northern Highlands, Orkney Shetland are 2-4 day delivery
We don’t offer this option at the moment but we are hoping to in the future.
However some of our Nourish customers have loved ones abroad who enjoy our Nourish Drinks and have used a company called Shop & Ship to deliver the drinks from London to an address abroad at reasonable shipping rates.

Please note Nourish by Jane Clarke are not affiliated in any way with this company and once the Nourish Drinks have been delivered to the delivery address on the Nourish order (ie London drop off address) we would not be liable if there was an issue.
Returns and refunds
We will refund your order in case of damage or fault. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your order and a photograph of any damage.
Once we have been in contact confirming your refund, you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
