Nourish Drinks smoothies
For a tasty smoothie with extra goodness, combine fresh fruits and other ingredients with your favourite Nourish Drink.-

Method
For each smoothie, blend all ingredients and adjust the thickness to your liking by adding milk.
Ingredients
Raspberry & peach Nourish smoothie
1 carton Raspberry Nourish Drink
5-6 peach segments
Chocolate, banana & peanut butter Nourish smoothie
1 carton Chocolate Nourish Drink
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 banana
Milk, to adjust thickness to your liking
Vanilla, prune & oat Nourish smoothie
1 carton Vanilla Nourish Drink
3 tablespoons porridge oats
6 tinned prunes (make sure no stones are left in the prunes)
3 tablespoons prune syrup from the tin
Mango & lychee Nourish smoothie
1 carton Mango Nourish Drink
6 tinned lychees (make sure no stones are left in the lychees)
3 tablespoons lychee syrup from the tin
1 tablespoon tahini paste
