Nourish Drinks smoothies

For a tasty smoothie with extra goodness, combine fresh fruits and other ingredients with your favourite Nourish Drink.

Method

For each smoothie, blend all ingredients and adjust the thickness to your liking by adding milk.

Ingredients

Chocolate, banana & peanut butter Nourish smoothie

1 bottle Chocolate Nourish Drink

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1 banana

Milk, to adjust thickness to your liking

 

Vanilla, prune & oat Nourish smoothie

1 bottle Vanilla Nourish Drink

3 tablespoons porridge oats

6 tinned prunes (make sure no stones are left in the prunes)

3 tablespoons prune syrup from the tin

 

Mango & lychee Nourish smoothie

1 bottle Mango Nourish Drink

6 tinned lychees (make sure no stones are left in the lychees)

3 tablespoons lychee syrup from the tin

1 tablespoon tahini paste

 

 

Raspberry & peach Nourish smoothie

1 bottle Raspberry Nourish Drink

5-6 peach segments
