Jane Clarke


Jane is both a dietitian and Cordon Bleu chef with more than 30 years' experience in the nutrition industry. Jane is the author of nine best-selling books, was a columnist for over a decade for The Daily Mail, Observer, The Times and The Mail on Sunday, and regularly contributes on TV. She worked with Jamie Oliver on several of his projects, including the School Meals revolution, which showed that people-power can bring about social change. It is with this same mindset and passion that she is leading Nourish by Jane Clarke, which provides a solution to the problem of undernourishment and provides empowerment and inspiration to those who are vulnerable or facing a health challenge.

Jane was the first person in the UK to open a private dietetic clinic, establishing a highly successful specialist Nutrition and Dietetic practice in London that has been running for the past 27 years. She advises some of Britain's leading sportspeople, entertainers and media professionals, and has been personal dietitian and nutritionist for David Beckham and Benedict Cumberbatch. She is particularly regarded for her work with those living with serious illnesses such as cancer, neurological degenerative conditions, dementia and stroke, supporting patients from early diagnosis right through to end of life care, across all ages, including paediatric cancers and early onset dementia.

Jane has been awarded an honorary doctorate for her services to nourishing the vulnerable from the University of West London.

Andreas Winghert


Andreas is our Nourish Chef and creator of the fabulous recipes on our website, as well as the man cooking up the menus for our Nourish by Jane Clarke events and Afternoon Teas (his Tres Leches cake is a triumph!).
Andreas trained as a chef in Germany and joined the team in 2016, bringing both his experience of cooking in Michelin-starred restaurants and his award-winning expertise in developing menus at private and NHS hospitals. It was the latter experience that developed his passion for providing great-tasting food that improves the wellbeing of the most vulnerable.
When he's not busy in the kitchen of our Nourish Studio, Andreas loves spending time with his family, who appreciate his cooking skills. Favourite moments: flipping pancakes and making his weekly batch of sourdough loaves with his kids.

Ashley Ferguson


I've worked in the direct selling industry for over 20 years, from the UK to South East Asia. I believe that commercial enterprises should always give back to society. It's my goal to ensure that Jane's vision comes to life by ensuring the best possible experience for all our customers and our wider Nourish community.

Lisa Burke


I am delighted to be part of the Nourish team and to have the opportunity to help grow a community of people who can and will make a difference to people's lives. My own personal experience means that I know how important it is to have a network of people around you who can provide support, practical advice and a gentle reminder to be kind to yourself when it's needed. Having spent over 25 years in the direct selling industry, I have seen the difference that one person or one opportunity can have on an individual. I am looking forward to using my experience to support the Nourish Champions as we reach out to our community, connecting with people who may benefit from Nourish.

Sharon Norman


I have worked for 30 years, initially as a PA in the retail sector and then diversifying into HR in a busy inner-city secondary school. In 2019 I had the good fortune to be introduced to Nourish through a friend, and the rest is history. I absolutely love being part of the Nourish Team – and I have experienced first-hand what a huge difference our delicious Nourish drinks can make, as they aided my dad enormously in his recovery from a life-threatening operation.

Gillian Ford


I grew up in Edinburgh but worked for over 30 years in London as a Personal Assistant. Jane and I first met in 2013 through a patient of hers and when she asked me to join the Nourish team in January 2018, I didn't hesitate! Jane's energy and enthusiasm are infectious and I'm excited by all Nourish can achieve by helping the vulnerable enjoy delicious and nutritious food.

Camilla Wilson


Drawing upon more than 15 years of experience in public relations and marketing, I set up Redwing PR in 2013 with a clear vision to champion the very best lifestyle brands. I have a wealth of experience when it comes to the food and drink and wellbeing sectors. I also love to cook and enjoy nothing more than sharing lunch or supper with friends and family.

I have over nine years' experience in PR and have gained a wealth of experience in the lifestyle, food and charity sectors. Going above and beyond the traditional forms of PR, I also work closely with influencers and advise on social media.



Meet Loukoumi (named after the Greek sweet!), our new Nourish dog, who loves to cuddle, play or just lay her oh-so-soft paws on your feet to keep them warm in the Nourish Studio.

Laura Nathan


Following a successful career in marketing and PR, I set up Entice 19 years ago, when I saw a gap for a boutique-style PR agency, specialising in health and wellbeing. Although the agency has grown in size, it still retains its boutique feel; nurturing every client and tailoring campaigns to their individual needs, whilst evolving with the ever changing media landscape. At Entice, we are genuinely passionate about helping to improve the health and wellbeing of others through education and driving awareness of our client's products and services.

Jenny Yu


With over 15 years of PR experience, I have been fortunate to have worked with high profile companies within the fields of beauty, grooming and health care. During this time there has been a real growth within the industry and a plethora of brands to choose from, it is my job as a PR to drive product awareness and help consumers make educated choices.
