Spiced fruit smoothie in a bowl
Top your smoothie with antioxidant-rich fruit for a substantial breakfast bowl.-

Method
Put the orange juice, ginger, pineapple, mango, banana, chia seeds and turmeric in a blender and whizz until super smooth.
Pour the mixture into two bowls and top with fresh mint and sliced fruit, such as strawberries and bananas.
Ingredients
150ml orange juice
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
150g pineapple
150g mango
1 banana
1 tablespoon chia seeds
pinch ground turmeric
Fresh mint and sliced fresh fruit, to serve
