Kale crisps

Kale is rich in calcium, making these healthy veggie crisps a great snack for strengthening bones and a good option if you have osteoporosis.

Method

Set the oven on 110°C (fan oven).

Wash the kale and dry on a cloth.

Now rip off small pieces, removing the stem.

Add the olive oil, salt and cayenne pepper, and mix well.

Place the kale on a baking tray on a layer of baking paper.

Bake for around 30 minutes.

Leave to cool down and enjoy.

Ingredients

500g kale

50ml olive oil

Sea salt, to taste

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
