Brussels sprouts & nutmeg puréeNutmeg goes wonderfully with the iron-rich flavour of Brussels sprouts. This purée is also wonderful served as a dip with bread sticks or crackers as a savoury snack or supper.
Prep time:5 minutes
Cooking time:10 minutes
- Steam the sprouts for 10 minutes until tender.
- Blend with the butter and season to taste.
- Serve with the chicken and tarragon mousse.
- 200g Brussels sprouts
- 50g butter
- A pinch of salt and nutmeg, to season
