'Love your' liver fresh juiceCarrots and beetroots are traditional liver-loving vegetables. Whizz up this fresh juice, which also has antioxidant-rich kale and zingy ginger, for a refreshing boost.
Prep time:5 minutes
Put all the ingredients in a blender, blitz and serve.
- 1 medium fresh beetroot
- Handful of kale
- 1 apple
- 1cm ginger (you can tweak depending on how gingery you like your hit!)
- 1 medium carrot
