'Love your' liver fresh juice

Carrots and beetroots are traditional liver-loving vegetables. Whizz up this fresh juice, which also has antioxidant-rich kale and zingy ginger, for a refreshing boost.

Put all the ingredients in a blender, blitz and serve.


  • 1 medium fresh beetroot
  • Handful of kale
  • 1 apple
  • 1cm ginger (you can tweak depending on how gingery you like your hit!)
  • 1 medium carrot
