Lemon & chicken sauce

Lemon & chicken sauce
This zesty gravy will help bring the meal together. Delicious!

Serves 4
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes


  • 500ml chicken stock
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • Butter or olive oil, to taste


Put the chicken stock in a saucepan and simmer until reduced by around three-quarters, around 15 minutes.

Add the lemon juice, then whisk in a little butter or olive oil to add a wonderful gloss.

Plate up your dinner and serve the sauce on the side.
