Lavender LemonadeA great option if you like cocktails with a floral flavour; all the sophistication without the alcoholic spirit.
Prep time:5 minutes, plus chilling
- Bring water and honey to a boil.
- Chop the lavender flowers, add the crushed lavender to the pot, then remove it from the heat.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Strain the liquid through a fine sieve.
- Stir in the lemon juice and serve over ice with a little sprig of lavender and slice of lemon
5 tbsp dried lavender flowers
125ml fresh lemon juice, strained
